Chris Johnson was the prosecutor on three of the cases against me (244069-6-B, 244069-7-B, and 244069-8-B).

Apparently, he's a very highly regarded criminal defense lawyer but my own experience being prosecuted by him was that half the time he had no idea what was going on, his arguments were often frivolous or nonsensical, and he lies more than he tells the truth. He was, however, very adept at kissing ass. Although Johnson is a private criminal defense lawyer, he was contracted by the BCPS to handle these prosecutions of me.

I have caught Johnson lying in, and to, the court on a number of occasions. Most significantly, in his affidavit in one of my appeals (244069-7-B). Also, there was the time the prosecution provided me a hard drive containing the disclosure material (in 244069-8-B), but all of the files were encrypted, so I took the hard drive to court so I could show the judge the games the prosecutors play. Johnson took the hard drive to the Crown Counsel's office to verify the files were encrypted, then came back to the courtroom and baldly lied to the court, claiming the files are definitely not encrypted and that he was able to access them fine dump of disclosure hard drive containing encrypted files. If you try to access any of those files you will see they are all encrypted. When I demanded, in open court, that we plug the hard drive into a computer right there, on the record, to see which of us is lying, both Johnson and the judge refused.
