Tony Lagemaat was the lawyer appointed by the court, under section 486.3(2) of the Canadian Criminal Code, to do the cross-examination of Desiree Capuano in the criminal harassment trial (244069-2-KC).

At that trial, Lagemaat colluded extensively with the prosecutor, Mark Myhre to suppress critical evidence, to allow Capuano to commit extensive perjury, and to not bring up information which might embarrass the BC Prosecution Service Affidavit of Patrick Fox in support of ineffective assistance claims.
