James McCarthy appeared on behalf of ICE at one of the hearings in my removal proceedings. His involvement was limited to that one hearing on 2009-06-22, wherein I got DHS to change their allegation from me being a visa overstay to me being an entry without admission (illegal entry). I had specific, strategic reasons for wanting them to change the allegation see TR 2009-06-22.
