James Pendleton - Desiree Capuano's Fiance

James Pendleton was Desiree Capuano's fiance during the times relevant to the criminal harassment allegations.

James is the one that kept pushing Desiree to try to get the website shut down - after he appeared on it in July 2015. Prior to James being mentioned on the website he had no concern for it.

Following Fox's arrest and incarceration on the criminal harassment charge, in 2016, James was instrumental in cutting off all contact between Fox and his son.
