Kip West was the US Border Patrol Intelligence Agent who conducted the interrogation of me during my 2016 arrest and investigation.

West also assisted the RCMP in preparing their investigative materials.

During his interrogation of me, West made numerous incorrect assumptions which caused him to pursue completely irrelevant lines of questioning while ignoring the real and significant issues. Namely, West assumed some of my deliberate, strategic actions were actually errors on my part because I lacked certain information. I'll get into more detail on this when I have time to update this page.

One important thing to mention here is that on the day of that arrest, I had crossed the border (into the US), with a BC driver's license and a Florida birth certificate, both in the name Patrick Fox, date of birth 1973-11-24. Border Patrol initially alleged I had stolen the identity of another person with that same name and date of birth, who was born in Florida. They alleged the birth certificate was that other person's and that I must have obtained it illegally. They initially charged me with illegal re-entry, false claim of US citizenship, and some other criminal charges. But after their interrogation and investigation, they dropped all the charges and released me to ICE. Now, I ask you, what do you think the chances are that a person would be convicted of making a false claim of US citizenship; then deported and banned from entering the US permanently, based on that conviction; then attempted to re-enter the US illegally with the stolen identity of a real US citizen, and had that US citizen's birth certificate in his possession, and lied to Border Patrol, claiming to be that US citizen who's identity and birth certificate he stole; what do you think the chances are that Border Patrol and DHS's lawyers would drop all the charges and let that person go?
