Rejection Notice, re: Request for Custody Redetermination Hearing (2008-02-25)

Synopsis

This is the thrid time the Immigration Court refused to allow me to schedule a custody redetermination hearing after DHS admitted to having no evidence of alienage.

And as with all of the previous requests for a custody redetermination hearing, the reason the court provided was that I did not include a certificate of service.

And just as with the prior requests which the court claimed it returned without actioning, a copy of the request and this rejection notice were still put in my file.
