Rejection Notice, re: Request for Custody Redetermination Hearing (2008-02-26)

Synopsis

This is the fourth refusal by the Immigration Court, to allow me to schedule a custody redetermination hearing following DHS's admission they had no evidence of alienage.

Unlike the prior requests, though, in this instance I actually DID provide a certificate of service and serve a copy on DHS. So what the fuck are they talking about?

Also, unlike the prior requests for a custody redetermination hearing, this one did actually get forwarded to the judge who formally denied the request, without a hearing, falsely claiming there had been no change in my circumstances.
