Received a message from Desiree Capuano, ●●●●● ●●●●●. Called her back. She stated in her message that a Canadian citizen had been arrested and charged for plagiarism, and lied to a federal court judge by stating that he is a U.S. citizen. The Canadian is said to be living in L.A., but to not have docs to be here legally.

Subject is believed to have been deported to Canada on August 30th via Seattle. Apparently, subject returned to the U.S. 2 days later.

Ms. Capuano detailed that subject is a Canadian, has no visa or a passport. He lived in the U.S. for about 15 years using fake SSNs in order to work and make credit purchases. About 4 years ago, subject was arrested and charged with fraud, forgery and theft. Subject would have claimed to be a U.S. citizen and found guilty of perjury.

Requested subject's details. Ms. Capuano stated that subject goes by Richard Riess, but was born with the name Rikki Riess in Sudbury General Hospital. Asked Ms. Capuano ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●●. Apparently, 9 years ago, subject took their son away from her. She advised that she and subject are in the midst of a divorce and custody battle. ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● it is believed that subject is in Carson, CA. Subject has been attending all family court proceedings. Ms. Capuano ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● from subject when he returned to the U.S. stating that it was so easy to cross the border to return to the U.S. and that no one even gave him a sideways glance.

Asked Ms. Capuano if she has contacted ICE about subject returning to the U.S. She stated that she has, but it does not appear that anything is being done. ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●●

Asked Ms. Capuano if subject is a threat in any way to her ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●●. She stated that he is not a physical danger as he is a coward, sly and evil. Through legal means, he will try to take away her son from her. Ms. Capuano ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●●. Apparently, subject has been lying to the courts of CA and AZ about his status in the U.S. ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●●

Stated to Ms. Capuano that it would be best for her to follow up with ICE about subject being present in the U.S. unlawfully. ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●● ●●●●●
