PDFSubject just called to inquire if his DEC will need to be provided again for issuance of an ETD. Subject is back in ICE custody and ICE will send an application for a TD for subject's removal. Advised him to have his friend send us his DEC and ID again. He will do so.
Got a call from a deportation officer from Adelanto ICE facilities about subject. DO wanted to know if ETD issued a month ago could be extended to remove subject to Canada again. Advised that subject will need to complete a new application, provide photos, fee, etc... Officer advised that he will get on it and send us the application asap.
DEC and SIN card of subject received at mission today.
Subject wished to know the status of the ETD application. Advised him that we are awaiting the itinerary from ICE. Subject then stated that his friend has not received his documents back. Advised subject that we will return the documents when the ETD has completed processing.
ETD was issued and will be sent to ICE today. DEC and SIN will be mailed to subject's friend (Liz Munoz) today as well.
Mr. Riess called to check on status of his TD for his removal to Canada. Informed him that document had been issued today and will be shipped to his D.O. Subject also wanted to confirm city in Canada he will be removed to. Confirmed that he will indeed be sent to Vancouver. Informed him also that his DEC and ID will be sent to his US contact. Subject thanked me for the information and hung up.
