Subject called today to advise that he was taken in custody by US border patrol on May 27th. Subject had questions re deportation. Advised him of the requirements such as proof of citizenship, ID... Subject's friend in Los Angeles will mail his birth certificate to mission.
Advised subject who is held in Seattle/Tacoma ICE facility that we would scan document and email it to the consulate in Seattle as he is presently in their jurisdiction. Subject did inform me that he had been deported previously as Richard REISS.
However his DEC shows Patrick FOX.

In the note you indicate that upon receipt of the DEC you will scan and fwd to us, would you please send the original as this will be used in the transport once ordered removed, in lieu of our issuing an ETD.

- currently being held at ICE Detention Facility in Tacoma, WA since 27May2016;
- walked across the border into U.S. on 27May2016 without checking in at U.S. Customs/Immigration and was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol;
- subject reported that he has been previously deported from the U.S. 3 times
- on record with ICE he is listed as Patrick Henry Fox nee Richard Riess 24 November 1973, Sudbury, ON
- Mr. Fox claims he was actually born in U.S. in Florida;
- ICE he alleges is holding him under the name Richard Riess
- he has access to this DEC;
