R v. Fox, the unreported side of the story [Patrick Fox; Keith Fraser (PostMedia)]
Dear Mr. Fraser
I am writing you because I believe, of all the coverage of my case, yours was the most unbiased.
I was released from custody on December 30, 2018 and I intend to publish all of the evidence and proof that Lagemaat and Myhre colluded to suppress a large amount of evidence which proved Capuano was lying in her testimony. I also intend to publish all of the proof of her perjurous testimony, and that Natalie Clancy and Yvette Brend knew they were grossly misrepresenting the facts of the story.
And, finally, I intend to publish the proof that the US DHS and the Canadian government knew I was not a Canadian citizen when they allowed me to be deported to Canada. I have records from IRCC and CBSA clearly showing they knew I was born in the US. I also have records from IRCC showing either DHS or the Canadian Consulate forged documents in order to have the deportation approval granted.
I know this sounds insane but I wouldn't bother proceeding unless I have documentation and physical evidence to support my claims.
If you are interested in speaking with me you can reach me at p*****x@gmail.com, or 778-***-****.
As I said, I intend to move forward with publishing the truth of these matters and the evidence regardless of whether I have any support or interest from the media, but obviously, having a credible journalist on my side would be a big help.
I thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you.
Fox
Mr. Fraser:
My apologies, I forgot to mention also, in preparing my affidavit for my ineffective assistance claim against Lagemaat, for my appeal, I've identified and detailed, including the specific evidence, 67 perjurous statements which Capuano made and which Lagemaat and Myhre knew were perjurous but refused to inform the court/jury or to even confront her with the proof that she was lying.
Sincerely,
Fox
