Comments:
In this letter, Marie Dextraze of the Canadian Consulate says that as far as the Canadian government is concerned the US has already determined I am a Canadian citizen, and that the Canadian Consulate confirmed that by issuing me a travel document.
In other words, the US government, not the Canadian government, made the determination I am a Canadian citizen. And, I am a Canadian citizen NOT because of where I was born, but because the consulate has issued me a travel document - regardless of the fact that I was not born in Canada and have never applied for Canadian citizenship.
Dextraze goes on to acknowledge the Consulate has not received and does not have documentary evidence of my Canadian citizenship which, she says, is required to enable them to issue me a travel document.
Wait! So first she's saying I'm a Canadian citizen because the US government says I'm a Canadian citizen; then she says she has confirmed I am a Canadian citizen by issuing me a travel document for my deportation to Canada; then she says the Canadian government has no documentary evidence that I'm a Canadian citizen and she will need that before she can issue a travel document for my deportation to Canada.
Yes, this is what I've been dealing with for years now.

Comments:
The RCMP acknowledges their real concern is that they issued me a firearms license illegally and if I were to use one of the handguns I acquired in Canada, with that license, they would be held accounable.
The RCMP acknowledges I am not a Canadian citizen and may not be permitted to re-enter Canada.

Comments:
The RCMP requests video footage of me from US CBP, at the US port of entry, the day after they started their investigation.
This is critical because they waited about seven weeks before requesting any video from CBSA - which is just after CBSA's policy required them to destroy the video. The video from CBSA would have clearly proven I was innocent.

Comments:Pereira continues to insist there is no record of CBSA having any contact with me on 2019-03-15, even though she knows the notes of the officer I dealt with are in CBSA's/IRCC's information system GCMS report.

Comments:
IRCC refuses to disclose my GCMS report, claiming I am not the person that UCI number is assigned to, and that it's release would be harmful to a law enforcement investigation.
Is IRCC finally formally acknowledging I am not the person who was born Ricky Riess in Ontario?

IRCC again acknowledges they have verified I was born in the US and have not applied for or received Canadian citizenship.
