I was the defendant, self-represented, in the above referenced matter.

I respectfully request, to be provided a list of the exhibits that were filed in the trial and the sentencing proceedings.

In addition, and independent of the preceding request, I request to be provided a copy of all records relating to the referenced matter. This request pertains, at least in part, to an application I will be pursuing for ministerial review under section 696.1 of the CCC.
