Government Refuses To Do DNA Test To Prove My Citizenship

The US and Canadian authorities insist I am a Canadian citizen, a person who was born Ricky Riess in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. I insist I am not that person, that I was born in the US, and am, therefore, a US citizen.

I've been repeatedly deported from the US to Canada, based on that allegation. I've been repeatedly prosecuted and imprisoned in Canada, in relation to a website I created about my ex-wife which also makes the BC justice system look very bad.

If it were to be scientifically proven I am not the person the US and Canadian authorities have been insisting I am, after all they've done to me, and after me telling them for the past 13 years that I'm not that person, they would look very, very stupid.

So for years, I have been demanding the Canadian authorities do a DNA paternity test of myself and Ricky Riess's father to prove whether or not I am his son. Ricky Riess's father also offered the authorities a DNA sample for the purpose of establishing any relation between him and I. The Canadian authorities adamantly refuse to do any such test.

The only reasonable explanation is that they know the test will prove I'm not Ricky Riess, as I've been saying all along, and that they're incompetent, petty, and vindictive.

For years I have been demanding DHS, CBSA, IRCC, the RCMP, or the BCPS do a simple DNA test of any of Ricky Riess's relatives to determine definitively whether I have any biological relation to them. And to date, all of those agencies have steadfastly refused.

Some folks have claimed my insistence on the DNA test is a bluff, I'm only insisting on it because I think maybe the authorities will assume if I'm willing to do a DNA test then I must not really be Ricky Riess, but that if the authorities actually agreed to proceed with it then I'd back out. But that's misguided because the BC government already has my DNA! I had to provide it as part of the sentence on the criminal harassment conviction. So the authorities wouldn't need my cooperation to proceed with the test and I wouldn't be able to back out. They'd be able to proceed with the DNA without me even knowing.

No sir, it is not me that is refusing to do the DNA test. It's the Canadian and US governments, and Ricky Riess's family.

In 2019, Ricky Riess's father Steve Riess, offered the BC Prosecution Service, the RCMP, and the Sudbury Police, to provide a DNA sample so that it could be proven I am his son Ricky Riess emails dated 2019-02-07.

Upon hearing of this, I agreed and demanded they accept his offer emails dated 2019-02-08. But again, they refused. Mark Myhre, prosecutor with the BCPS, claimed it would not be an effective use of police resources emails dated 2019-02-13. Though apparently, the BCPS considers it an effective use of police resources to investigate and arrest me six times on allegations of failing to take down the website, and to have eight detectives surveil me for 11 hours to find out where I'd be staying following my release from custody.

Given the BCPS's, the BC Court's, and the RCMP's refusal to accept Riess's offer, I contacted Riess myself, requesting he participate in that DNA test letter dated 2019-09-08. He refused to talk to me.

Clearly Riess was not serious about his offer to provide a DNA sample to determine whether or not I'm his son.

Given that I've published the video of his interview by the Sudbury Police, wherein he made that offer, and wherein he talks all kinds of shit about me; and given that I've publicly proven on the internet, how full of shit he is, and what a miserable asshole he is Sudbury Police Interview of Steve Riess (2019-07-02); YouTube; it is unfathomable that if he was telling the truth and I really was his son, Ricky Riess, that he would refuse to do that DNA test.

I mean, if he did that DNA test and it proved I was Ricky Riess, then he would be proving that everything he said about me in that interview was true and that I really am the vile, despicable, cretin he portrayed me as. But on the other hand, if the test proved I'm not his son then it would prove that he's the vile, despicable, compulsive liar, sociopath that that interview video proves he is.

And so, it seems to me, Riess's refusal to follow through on his offer to do the DNA test is because he knows the test will prove I'm not his son, I'm not Ricky Riess, and that he's actually a miserable, lying, jackass who was stupid enough to be completely duped by Desiree.

And how is it possible that neither Steve Riess, nor any of Ricky Riess's blood relations have a single photograph of Ricky?

How is it possible neither Ricky's father nor his siblings have any knowledge of any of the schools he attended? Schools which would likely have class photos of him.

How is it possible that the only known photograph of Ricky Riess is the grainy, fuzzy mugshot from 1992 which the Toronto Police provided ICE in 2008? And why is it that the records related to that arrest, including that mugshot and the fingerprints, were destroyed shortly after I informed BC Prosecutor Mark Myhre about their existence in 2019?

It seems to me that the BC and Canadian governments want to make it impossible to prove I'm not Ricky Riess. Or maybe I'm just paranoid and have an overly active imagination.

So, the BC government, the Canadian government, and US DHS all insist I am the person who was born Ricky Riess in Sudbury, Ontario. Ricky Riess's father claims I am his son, and he offered, on video, to provide a DNA sample to prove that. Apparently, even one of Ricky Riess's brothers told CBSA I am Ricky Riess.

What possible reasons could the BC Prosecution Service, the BC Courts, the RCMP, IRCC, CBSA, and DHS have for adamantly refusing to do a simple DNA test? It's not like a DNA test is so expensive and time consuming anymore.

Well, DNA proof that I'm not Ricky Riess would prove I've been telling the truth all along, and that the numerous Canadian and US government agencies were either wrong or lying all that time. It would prove they're all as cruel, petty, vindictive, and incompetent as I've been insisting they are.

Do you really think that with all the stuff on this website which proves how grossly inept the BC justice system is, that they would refuse to do the DNA test if they believed there was any chance it would prove I've been lying all along about not being Ricky Riess? I find that highly unlikely.

I believe either DHS or any of the numerous Canadian agencies mentioned above, must have by this point, done the DNA test and it came back negative. And I believe that is why they adamantly refuse to do the test in an official capacity.
