[Request for case records]; R. v. Patrick Fox; BCCA file no. CA44915 [Patrick Fox; BC Court of Appeal]

Dear Sir/Miss:

I was the defendant/appellant in the above referenced matter.

I respectfully request to be provided a copy of all artifacts/records related to this matter. Unfortunately, having been repeatedly arrested, imprisoned, and released over the past few years I have lost the copies I received while the appeal was active.

The purpose of this request is that I intend to pursue legal action against the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Attorney General and the requested artifacts will be critical to those pursuits.

If you are able, I would prefer to receive the material in electronic format, on CD/DVD, rather tha in paper format.
