[Access to shared screens during trial]; Court file 244069-10-BC [Patrick Fox; Tara Laker (BCPS)]

Dear Miss Laker:

Please be advised, I will be requiring access to the shared screens/monitors in the courtroom during my closing arguments. There are artifacts on the laptop which I intend to present and/or refer to at that time.

I am informing you of this because I don't know if the required HDMI cable, et cetera, will be available by default or if arrangements need to be made for it ahead of time. If arrangements must be made, I respectfully request your assistance with that.
