ATIP Request for records related to my citizenship and/or immigration status[IRCC ATIP; Patrick Fox]

I am trying to request a copy of my complete GCMS record, but that is not listed as an option on this website. May you please provide me a copy of my up to date GCMS record and any/all records and/or information regarding my immigration and/or citizenship status (or lack thereof)?

I apologize - I neglected to mention it in my request - "Patrick Henry Fox" and "Richard Steven Riess" are the same person. I changed my name to Richard Riess in the early 1990s, then after coming to Canada in 2013 I reverted to using Patrick Fox because my original reasons for changing my name to Richard Riess no longer applied. I realize that in your records you only have me listed under the name Richard Riess with the UCI 6002-8504, because when the record was first created (in the FOSS) that was the name I was using (I believe it was in 2008). I believe this is referred to in the Notes of CBSA Officer Meagan Polisak on 2019-03-15 in the GCMS record.
It would probably be helpful if the GCMS was updated to show both names (perhaps with my current, legal name as Patrick Fox; and my prior name, or alias, as Richard Riess), but I've not yet figured out how to cause that to be done.

In your email you asked that I provide the UCI number for the name Patrick Fox. Does that mean that a separate UCI number has been issued for me under that name? And, if so, should I be using that number instead of 6002-8504? Sorry for the confusion.
I've attached a copy of my current BC Driver's License, to verify my identity.
