Dear Miss. Dextraze:
In your letter dated December 17, 2010 you had stated that you had previously issued a travel document in my name. I wonder if you may inform me what information ICE had provided you that resulted in the issuance of a travel document without proof of Canadian citizenship. I have been trying to obtain) this information from ICE (through Michael Leal) but they are, obviously, being very uncooperative.
