Spring order for 2023-05-15 appearance; Court file 244069-10-BC[Patrick Fox; BC Provincial Court]

Dear Sir/Miss:

I am the defendant, self-represented, in the referenced matter. I am in custody on this matter, at NFPC. I have an appearance scheduled for 2023-05-15. When scheduling it, the Crown had assumed I would want to be there in-person, so she requested an in-person spring order. However, for that appearance, I would prefer to appear by video. Therefore, unless the judge actually wants me there in person, I respectfully request you please change the spring order to be for a video appearance rather than in-person.
