Section 525 requirements

Dear Mr. Flanders:

It has recently come to my attention that section 525 was updated in 2019 so that custody reviews for summary offenses shall occur after 90 days rather than 30 days as it was previously stated. Therefore, my information was out of date when I had said I was entitled to a custody review after 30 days.
