Hello.
I am a US citizen. I was born in Florida. Previously, CBSA was insisting I have "status in Canada" but refused to tell me what you were basing that on. I later discovered IRCC had issued a 10 year authorization for me to enter and remain in Canada, which expired in May 2018. IRCC now acknowledges I am not a Canadian citizen and have no status in Canada.
My question is: Is CBSA still insisting I have status in Canada or are you finally going to admit I do not have status in Canada?

The burden of proof rests with the foreign national seeking entry to Canada to satisfy the BSO they are admissible in accordance with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations.
