Dear Miss Brend,

As I'm sure you're aware, I was released from custody on Sunday. As I've said in my previous letters, I intend to proceed with publishing all the facts and evidence of the collusion, complicity, perjury, et cetera, that occurred in my trial. And, as I've said, I have solid evidence to prove Lagemaat and Myhre knew of at least 67 perjurious statements made by Capuano in her testimony and they refused to inform the court or the jury.

I also have the documentation from IRCC and CBSA showing they knew I was not born in Canada (and am, therefore, not a Canadian citizen), yet they allowed me to be deported here anyway. And I've got the emergency travel document applications which either ICE or the Canadian consulate forged in order to get a travel document so I could be deported here.

I also have the emails between DHS, CBSA and the RCMP, showing ICE trying to get the RCMP to request I be sent back to Canada for questioning so they could get around having to try to get another travel document, and both sides acknowledging I'm not a Canadian citizen. They also show the RCMP admitting there was no basis to seize my firearms, revoke my PAL, or arrest me.
