Affidavit for ineffective assistance claims [Patrick Fox; Keith Fraser (PostMedia)]

Hello, Mr. Fraser.

I am forwarding you a copy of current draft of my affidavit for my claims of ineffective assistance and collusion between Tony Lagemaat and crown counsel, Mark Myhre, in my case.

There are 67 instances of perjury identified, which I can prove Lagemaat and Myhre know about but refused to inform the court or jury.  The affidavit contains the specific references to the locations in the transcripts (which I have on DVD and hard copy), and the details of the proof, both that the complainant was lying and that Lagemaat/Myhre knew she was lying.

As long as I am not legally prohibited from doing so, I will make the transcripts available to you. All of the other supporting evidence is not under government control so I can provide you that.

Please note, the affidavit currently only addresses the complainant's perjurious testimony and only those which I can prove Lagemaat and Myhre knew about. There's a lot more, but my goal is more about exposing the corruption and misconduct in the justice system, so that's what I'm focusing on.

I have a hearing in the Court of Appeal this coming Friday, January 10.
