Confirmation of your position [Patrick Fox; Mark Myhre (BCPS)]
Mr. Myhre:
I just want to make sure I'm clear, for the record, on what it is you are claiming to believe regarding my citizenship and my status in Canada.
It is my understanding, based on your statements today, that you believe: I am NOT a US citizen; that I showed up at the US border on May 27, 2016, hopped the border without going through a proper checkpoint (which would be a felony for someone who is not a US citizen); I presented, to the US CBP, a US birth certificate of another individual who IS a US citizen and I illegally claimed to be that person; I repeatedly and directly stated to the CBP agents and the Homeland Security Intelligence Agent (Kip West) that I am a US citizen by virtue of having been born in Florida. In addition to that, I extensively mocked and criticized DHS and ICE for their incompetence in having illegally detained me and deported me, on the very website they reviewed while they interrogated me. And, since I had been previously deported, my re-entering the US on May 27, 2016, would be illegal re-entry (a felony); not to mention all the allegedly false statements I made to the CBP agents during the interrogation (also a felony); attempting to enter the US or receive an immigration benefit on false pretenses (another felony); possessing another person's birth certificate without their consent; claiming to be the person named on that birth certificate in order to receive some benefit (entry to the US) (identity theft). All these felonies - AND I publicly criticized them and pointed out their incompetence on the Internet - yet, after interrogating me and investigating for hours, they drop EVERY charge and let me go? Yet you claim to believe I'm not a US citizen, and you claim to believe the US authorities are convinced I'm not a US citizen.
So, is that about right? THAT's what you believe? I just want to make sure we're in agreement on exactly what you're saying seems like a reasonable belief.
Also, bear in mind, the same thing happened in January and March 2013 with ICE - they arrested me for illegal re-entry; investigated; interrogated me; dropped all the charges. As for the deportations - ICE is merely enforcing a removal order from the US Immigration Court. ICE is, after all, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Sincerely,
Patrick Fox
Mr. Fox,
I believe I clearly stated my position re your citizenship in court.
For your edification, I attach a link to an article about why people might laugh or smile when talking about trauma:

Mark Myhre
Thank you for this incredibly non-committal response. A simple "Yes, that is what I believe" would have been more desirable.
And thanks for the article. I do agree with it in cases of actual trauma. Capuano was not an abused child or a sexual assault victim. She's a grown woman who insists my opinion doesn't matter to her. And her laughter in the RCMP interview was not a nervous laugh, it was not a "coping mechanism", and she was not "laughing in order to prevent herself from crying" - when the recording gets published there is not a single reasonable person who is going to hear that recording and believe it was anything other than her expressing what she really thought of all of this. I believe you know that as well as I do - and I believe that is exactly why you adamantly and directly, in court, refused to provide me a copy of that recording (even though Stinchcomb required it).
Do you not remember me saying to you, about that recording, in one of our visitation room meetings that that recording proves she's either faking or she's mentally disturbed because no person can flip back and forth, from crying to laughing hysterically, as quickly and easily as she does in that recording? And your response was "Well, no normal person anyway." Do you really think that when people hear you say that they're going to believe that you actually believed Capuano was telling the truth? Come on, Mr. Myhre. If you don't recall saying that I can play it for you.
And allow me to also share some articles, also from Psychology Today:

Notice how the behavior and characteristics discussed therein match Capuano perfectly. Review her emails to me; consider how she cares more about "having Gabriel" than about how abducting him might affect HIM; consider her Facebook post on August 8, 2011, after abducting Gabriel from the only people he has ever known as "family" (i.e. Liz M.) and taking him to Arizona, where she says:
I want to say a big Thank You to the universe for always bringing what should be. My beautiful son Gabriel has finally come home to live. I have my 2 awesome boys and my man who I couldn't love more. My home is now complete...finally.Facebook Timeline of Desiree Capuano
Notice how she says "...has finally come home to live..."! Like he CHOSE it. He did not "come home" - she abducted him, by force! She is a monster!
And now do like Desiree and refuse to hear anything I've said which does not fit with what you WANT to believe is true. Take a moment and consider how the characteristics of sociopathy also seem to apply to you (at least from my perspective).
I apologize for taking so much of your time with this. And, please, don't think of this as animosity - we're just discussing matters relevant to my case, right?
Sincerely,
Patrick Fox
I had my friend, sitting next to me, pull up those articles from Psychology Today, so that I don't violate the probation order.
