Request for assistance [Patrick Fox; Talia Magder]

Good morning, Miss Magder.

I am putting this in writing so that I may have something to show the court in the event they don't believe I've actually requested it of you.

At the previous case management conference, Justice Finch instructed me to contact you to see if you'd be willing to assist me with some of the procedural matters in my appeal, e.g. preparing the applications to adduce new evidence, obtaining and/or preparing the appeal books.  I informed the court that that is outside the scope of your current appointment and I would not expect you to work for free.  The court said I should ask anyway.

So, this is my request for your assistance in those types of matters.  It is the same request I mentioned in the voice mail I left you on February 6, 2019.

As I said, I would not expect you to work for free.  Also, I would not expect you to want to be involved in a case which is alleging and providing extensive evidence of collusion and complicity on the part of Myhre and Lagemaat (and possibly Justice Holmes - though that's harder to prove).
