Jeffrey,

My name is Tyler Hawkins and I work in the High Risk Offender unit with Burnaby RCMP. I have current charges before Vancouver Crown Counsel against Patrick Henry FOX/Richard RIESS. My unit travelled to Peace Arch to take custody of FOX/RIESS from an ICE Officer on April 4, 2019. From March 15, 2019 to April 4, 2019, FOX/RIESS was detained at the NWDC. Officer Christopher Shields provided me with a vetted copy of your report detailing you interaction with FOX/RIESS on March 15, 2019 at the Peace Arch crossing.

I've been in contact with Rod O'Dell and I'm in the process of obtaining CCTV of FOX/RIESS' movements at the pedestrian primary, secondary, and detention.

FOX/RIESS' next court date is August 12, 2019 at Vancouver Provincial Court, Vancouver, BC.
