Your deliberate false claims regarding the non-existence of official records [Patrick Fox; Shan-Marie Pereira (CBSA)]

Dear Miss. Pereira:

According to RCMP Constable Tyler Hawkins and Kirsty Brown, and Crown Counsel Bernie Wolfe:

• On 2019-03-21 you told Constable Hawkins that there were no records relating to interactions between myself and CBSA on 2019-03-15.
• On 2019-05-07 Constable Hawkins sent you an email requesting a report documenting my interaction with CBSA on 2019-03-15. You did not respond.
• On 2019-07-31 Constable Brown sent you a follow-up email in the matter. You did not respond.
• On 2019-08-07 Constable Brown sent you another email in the matter. Again, you did not respond.
• On 2019-08-14 Constable Brown sent you another email, this time stating:

  Are there any records relating to any CBSA interaction with Patrick Henry FOX (aka Richard/Ricky RIESS also spelled REISS) on March 15, 2019? … *** In person or by telephone ***.

  If any CBSA records from that date exist, please advise. If no such records exist, please advise.

• On 2019-08-21 you finally responded, stating:

  CBSA does not have any record of dealing with Mr. Fox on March 15/19 …

  And, you also spoke to Constable Brown on the phone, at that time, regarding this matter, and you said "had there been any [you] would have advised Burnaby RCMP during their initial contact."

So, for five months you very clearly and adamantly insisted CBSA had absolutely no record of my presenting myself to them at the Douglas border crossing on 2019-03-15. And you did so knowing that the information you were providing was being used in a criminal investigation and prosecution. You knew that Crown Counsel, Bernie Wolfe, was using your statements and your credibility as a member of the law enforcement community, to keep me in jail and to convict me of a crime you and he knew I, technically, didn't commit.

Obviously, by now you know that I've obtained my GCMS record, which clearly shows BSO Meagan Polisak's notes regarding her interaction with me at the Douglas border crossing on 2019-03-15. So, my questions for you are:

• Why did you lie about the non-existence of any records relating to me presenting myself on 2019-03-15, knowing those records constituted evidence in a criminal proceeding?
• Who ordered you to lie about the non-existence of any records relating to me presenting myself on 2019-03-15?

I ask that you please provide a copy of this letter to Marcus Johnson, Chad Brown, Stephan Tzetzos, and Alexander Lo as they were all also involved in or aware of this ploy. Thanks.
