More about transcripts, lying judges, and that very questionable justice system [Patrick Fox; David Eby]

Dear Mr. Eby:

You may recall a few months ago (2021-02-03 to be exact) I sent you a letter wherein I talked about how the judge in one of my cases (Court File 244069-7-B) had lied in court, on the record, insisting:

• he DID NOT say he was going to order the transcript of my 2020-11-26 trial;
• he DID NOT say a copy of that transcript would be provided to me;
• that he, in fact, DID NOT, order the transcript of the trial; and
• that if I wanted the transcript of the trial I would have to appeal.

Well! It just so happens I AM appealing, and I did obtain (through other means) the transcripts, including those from the 2020-11-26 trial.

I assume you already have the transcript, but if not I'm sure you can get it from the BCPS or the court.

I would like to turn you attention to page 36 line 46 through page 37 line 14. Hmm! You see that? Pretty darned unambiguous, isn't it?

You might be thinking: So! What does this have to do with the Ministry of Attorney General? Judges aren't under the authority of the Attorney General.

Indeed, so please turn now to page 39 line 8 through page 40 line 19. The judge might not be under the authority of the Attorney General but the BCPS and in this instance, specifically, Chris Johnson definitely is.

So, it seems to me, Mr. Eby, that when you consider the judge's and Johnson's statements in that transcript, with their statements at the 2021-02-02 and 2021-04-12 appearances there is something unquestionably funny going on.

I think you can see where I'm going with this. And for that reason I will, very deliberately, say nothing further at this time. I merely refer you to page 3 of my 2021-02-03 letter.
