Dear Mr. Rankin:
By now it is obvious that CBC (and other Canadian news media) is/are knowingly and deliberately misrepresenting the facts and withholding information in your coverage relating to me in order to create a false impression about me and to significantly adversely affect the public's perception of me.
And, over the past few years I have made numerous very outrageous claims of corruption and misconduct in the local justice system and on the parts of the BCPS, Crown Counsel, the BC Court judges, the RCMP, CBSA, IRCC, the VPD, Legal Services Society (LSS), and the LSS funded defense lawyers. And, to date CBC has not made a single mention of any of my outrageous claims.
If my claims were true, and if they could be proven, those would be huge news stories – I mean, the kind of corruption we're talking about is so over the top, so outrageous, there's no question it would shock the public and bring the entire justice system (and immigration system and border security) into disrepute. But, of course, if the claims were not true, or if they simply could not be proven, then I'd surely appear just another raving conspiracy theory lunatic, who's claims people should take with a grain of salt.
So, since we can agree that the Canadian news media, and in particular CBC, has shown a definite interest in doing what they/you can to discredit me and to publicly defame me, it stands to reason that if you believed my claims of corruption and misconduct were false then you would mention them in your coverage of me because it would be a very effective way to portray me as either an extreme liar or as extremely delusional/mentally ill. And, of course, given my past criticisms of the Canadian news media (and of CBC in particular) discrediting me is certainly something you'd want to do.
So, it seems obvious to me that CBC's (and all of the Canadian news media's) adamant refusal to make ANY mention of any of my outrageous claims of corruption and misconduct is a clear admission that you (and they) know my outrageous and seemingly unbelievable claims of corruption and misconduct must be true – particularly since you know there is extensive proof of most of my claims publicly accessible on the desicapuano.com website.
Thank you.
Patrick Fox
