R. v. Patrick Fox; Court of Appeal Nos. CA46979, CA47391, CA48145 [Patrick Fox; David Layton (BCPS)]

Dear Mr. Layton:

Please be advised, I will be seeking to adduce additional fresh evidence in each of the appeals. Namely, the statements of Crown Counsel Adam Flanders at my bail hearing on 2022-06-15, and possibly the statements of Judge Gordon at my bail hearing on 2022-06-24.

I believe Mr. Flanders' admission, on the record, that the BCPS thinks I am engaging them in a game of chicken and that due to the media attention my cases have gotten over the past few years it is important that the BCPS not blink otherwise it will bring the justice system into disrepute, further supports my claims of abuse of process, not just on the part of Chris Johnson but the entire BCPS.

And then, Judge Gordon's response when I brought it up on 2022-06-24 was disturbing, to say the least. I believe her very stern and adamant denial that Flanders even said it, even though it was on the record and it's in the transcript, will substantially support my claims of collusion between the judges and Crown Counsel.

Anyway, this is just a courtesy to let you know I'll be seeking to adduce this additional fresh evidence.
