Notice of Application to Adduce Fresh Evidence [Patrick Fox; David Layton (BCPS)]

Dear Mr. Layton:

As I had indicated previously, I would be seeking to adduce as fresh evidence in each of the three outstanding appeals, the transcripts of my judicial interim release hearings (on 2022-06-15, 2022-06-22, 2022-06-24) in the matter of 244069-10-bc. I am forwarding to you the respective Notices of Application and requesting that you please file them, along with the actual transcripts, for me.

According to Crown Counsel Mr. Mulligan who appeared for the Crown in my 525 proceeding on 2022-09-07, the transcripts have already been received by the BCPS. I ask that you please obtain a copy of them by whatever means you would normally obtain material from my other matters which is already in the possession of the BCPS?
