I was the defendant, self-represented, in the referenced matter. There was a hearing held on 2022-09-29, wherein Justice Wedge entered her oral reasons for judgment. I have not, as yet, received a copy of that RFJ and ask that you please, kindly, forward a copy to me for my records. I am in custody, at NFPC, so I do not have the ability to access or to print a copy from the internet.

Dear Sir/Miss:
Please be advised, on 2022-11-17, I forwarded to you a copy of a letter I had submitted to Crown Counsel Daniel Mulligan, requesting you provide a copy to Justice Wedge for her records. In that letter, I incorrectly referenced court file number 33414-W; whereas I should have referenced court file number 33526-W. I apologize for the mistake. I had obtained the file number from cover of the Crown's books of Arguments and Materials which the Crown had submitted at the 2022-09-29 hearing. It is entirely my own fault for assuming Crown Counsel would not make such a careless and sloppy error, and I apologize.
