Story ideas [Patrick Fox; CBC News Vancouver]

Good evening.

I thought I would suggest to you an interesting story about a website which the BC justice system tried to force the creator to shut down by locking him up in jail/prison for seven years, during which time he insisted he would never take the websites down, and now, after seven years in prison over it, the websites are still online and it's been over two years since the creator has been released.

The websites in question are:

https://www.patrickfox.org/ (esp. https://www.patrickfox.org/legal/canada-vs-patrick-fox/).

You might remember them because you did some coverage on them, and on the creator's prosecutions, from 2016 - 2022.

You might notice, on the website, a letter from the BCPS, clearly admitting that the desireecapuano.com website doesn't actually amount to criminal harassment (see https://www.patrickfox.org/legal/articles/prosecution-finally-admits-the-desiree-capuano-website-is-not-harassment-and-not-illegal/).

Another suggestion: your audience might be entertained by the story on a US citizen (me) being repeatedly deported to Canada even though both the US and the Canadian authorities new I was born in the US and had no connection to Canada (see https://www.patrickfox.org/legal/united-states-vs-patrick-fox/a088-664-582 for the full story and supporting evidence/documentation). Then, IRCC consistently acknowledging I was born in the US and have never applied for or received Canadian citizenship, but REFUSING to admit in writing, that I'm not a Canadian citizen, effectively forcing me to remain in Canada with no status, no employment authorization, no illegibility for any government "benefit" (including health care).

Of course, I don't expect you will EVER mention anything about the websites or about me, because doing so will prove to your audience that the Canadian news media and justice systems have been proven to be too impotent to MAKE me take down my websites. Also because it would draw attention to what's on the websites, like all the proof of the misconduct, the lies, destruction and withholding of evidence, the BC prosecutors and judges, IRCC, CBSA, the RCMP, and certain VPD Detectives and IT Managers have been engaging in. Anyway, there's just too much to cover here, but it's all there on the patrickfox.org website.

But as I say, regardless of how incredible these stories might be, and how much proof of their truth might be publicly available on those websites, I'm quite certain you'll never make any mention of them or of me. Right?
