Shan-Marie Pereria - Intelligence Officer, CBSA

Shan-Marie Pereira was an Intelligence Officer with CBSA. She insists that I was born in Ontario and am a Canadian citizen.

In 244069-5-BC, Pereira repeatedly and consistently insisted to the RCMP and the prosecutor, that there was absolutely no documented record of me presenting myself to CBSA at the Douglas port of entry on 2019-03-15. However, I eventually obtained my GCMS record from IRCC, which contained the notes from Meagan Polisak, the CBSA officer I turned myself in to, proving that Pereira was lying about there being no documented record.

I have filed Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests with CBSA to find out what Pereira is basing her claim that I was born in Ontario and am a Canadian citizen on. They have consistently responded that there are either no such records, or they refuse to admit or deny the existence of such records. I have written to Pereira and her supervisor directly, requesting to be informed of what evidence Pereira is basing her claims on. They have, thus far, refused to respond. In other words, Pereira's belief and claims are based on absolutely nothing! Just her Canadian desire to impose the misery of being Canadian on everyone else who is not Canadian.
