Meagan Polisak was the CBSA Border Services Officer I turned myself in to at the Douglas port of entry on 2019-03-15. Polisak testified at the trial in 244069-5-BC.

In her testimony, Polisak made all kinds of outrageous, and obviously false, statements. For example, she testified that at a port of entry, the burden is on CBSA to prove that a person seeking entry to Canada is not a Canadian citizen and that if CBSA is not able to prove that they have to allow the person to enter Canada TR 2020-03-04 p69l33-p70l4. She also claimed that when she interacted with me on 2019-03-15, she did not see any evidence that I am not a Canadian citizen TR 2020-03-04 p32l13-15, even though my FOSS, GCMS, and CPIC reports, which she admitted she had reviewed, all stated I was born in the US and my citizenship was "Unknown".

And this, Canada, is who's protecting your borders and keeping you safe from those wily terrorists who have absolutely no interest in Canada.

There's a ton more crazy shit Polisak stated in her testimony and when I have time I will add it here.

In the meantime, she attended Carlton University, studying Criminology and Criminal Justice, with a concentration in psychology and minoring in Womens Studies Carleton University 2011 Spring Convocation. And, she was on the cheerleading team. Here are some videos of her time as a cheerleader at Carleton:
