Illegal Deportation and 7 Years In Prison for Exposing Corrupt Prosecutors

I'm Patrick Fox, and this is my arguably successful attempt to waste a huge amount of time publishing information nobody cares about.
Who the Hell is Patrick Fox?
I'll summarize, as briefly as possible.
- I'm a Software Engineer from Los Angeles.
- I was born in Florida and, therefore, am a US citizen.
- I spent four years (2007-2011) in ICE, US Marshals, and Maricopa County custody, while ICE accused me of being an illegal alien and tried to deport me.
- In 2013, I was deported to Canada - even though ICE, DHS, and the Canadian authorities all knew I was born in the US and wasn't a Canadian citizen.
- In early 2016, while I was living in Canada, a website I created about my ex-wife (desireecapuano.org), got a bunch of media attention which caused a bunch of silly feminists to get their panties all twisted up.
- In mid 2016, I returned to the US and published an article on the website, which the Canadian prosecutors and judges took as me "thumbing my nose at them". They had me sent back to Canada, put me in prison and spent the next seven years trying to force me to take down the websites. I refused. The websites are still online to this day.
- In 2023, I was released from Canadian prison and the Canadian prosecutors and judges seem to have finally realized they will never make me take down these websites. Well, fuck 'em!
- Since 2016, the Canadian authorities effectively refuse to let me leave Canada, even though I have no status in Canada, am not legally authorized to work in Canada, and am not elligible for any kind of "assistance" in Canada.
Other than all that silly shit, I'm just another Senior Software Engineer who specializes in high performance, highly scalable, server development in C++ and C, on Unix, Linux and, when necessary, even that crappy Windows nonsense that so many people use.
I'm just another smartass, jackoff who's maybe, occasionally moderately amusing, and often offensive if you're on the wrong side of what's right and proper.
What's This Website About, Anyway?
I guess the main purpose of this website is to publish and expose the truth about various matters.
There are three main sections:
-
Professional and Software Development: Focusing on my career as a software engineer, and whatever I feel like discussing related to computers and software development.
This section also seeks to expose the truth of matters such as whether C++ exception handling really does adversely affect performance; and whether Java really is feasible for implementing high-performance, scalable server systems.
-
Canada vs. Patrick Fox: Dealing with the seven prosecutions against me by the British Columbia government, in their failed efforts to stop me from publishing proof of their corruption, misconduct, and incompetence. This section includes all of the concrete, physical evidence supporting those claims of corruption, misconduct, and ineptitude.
For example:
- One time I was charged, convicted, and sentenced to six months in prison for violating a probation condition even though I wasn't on probation at the time. The BC Court of Appeal upheld the conviction - even though I wasn't even on probation 244069-6-B!
- Then there was the time the prosecution withheld all of the disclosure material until three days before the trial and the judge refused to allow a continuance to give me time to review that disclosure material and prepare my defense. I was sentenced to 16.5 months in prison. The BC Court of Appeal upheld the conviction, claiming the late disclosure did not prejudice me 244069-7-B.
- And the time I was charged, convicted, and sentenced to 15 months in prison for putting the Desiree Capuano website back online - even though the website WASN'T online and the physical evidence proved the police never even attempted to access the website to verify whether it was online 244069-10-BC!
This section also covers the Canadian immigration authorities illegally allowing the US to deport me to Canada, then refusing to allow me to leave Canada. And while they acknowledge I was born in the US and have never applied for or received Canadian citizenship, they refuse to state in writing that I am not a Canadian citizen.
-
USA vs. Patrick Fox: In this section, I talk about ICE illegally arresting and detaining me for four years while they tried to deport me; then, their actual, repeated deportations of me.
This section contains actual, physical evidence proving ICE knew I was not the person (Ricky Riess from Canada) they were accusing me of being and trying to deport me as.
This section also covers the time I was charged, convicted, and sentenced to two years in prison for perjury and false claim of US citizenship, for testifying in the US Immigration Court that I am a US citizen - regardless of the fact that I was born in the US and actually AM as US citizen. Those charges were initiated by ICE AFTER they obtained fingerprints from Canada proving I'm not the person they were claiming I was. That conviction then became the basis of my order of removal and subsequent deportation.
Yes, I Was Born In the US and, Therefore, Am A US Citizen;
And Yes, I Was Deported to Canada 4 Times
I want to bring this up briefly right here because it's an issue that so many people seem completely incapable of comprehending. Literally!
Yes, I was born in the US and, therefore, am a US citizen. But in 2013, I was deported from the US to Canada.
"Yeah right. The US can't deport a US citizen", you assert. If that's what you're thinking then you clearly don't understand the difference between "can't do" and "not allowed to do". The US government is not allowed to deport a US citizen, but they most certainly can deport a US citizen.
How did this happen? It's all covered at length in the "USA vs. Patrick Fox" section A088-664-582.
But Isn't This Guy Just Another Crazy, Delusional Nutcase?

Possible, I suppose.
But according to Dr. Mark Levy of the Forensic Psychiatric Services Commission, I exhibit no indications "of any major mental illness" or "evidence of delusional thinking" - however, he did also mention the possibility of a personality disorder (he may be referring to me being a smartass and an asshole) Psychiatric Assessment Report. And, as you'll see, if you stick around here for a few minutes, I don't make any claims for which I do not have concrete, physical proof.
Of course, I accept the possibility that I really am just that good, that I was able to dupe the government forensic psychiatrist. But I find that highly, highly unlikely. The much more probable explanation is that the psychiatrist discovered, before issuing his report, that I had snuck an audio recorder into the session and published the recording on this website, so he wouldn't be able to make any false claims or diasnoses.
So am I a fruitcake? Maybe. But doesn't my acceptance of the possibility that I may be crazy prove that I'm not crazy? Well, I'll leave it to you to decide for yourself whether or not you think I'm crazy. And since your opinion means absolutely nothing to me then that works out well for both of us.
