I respectfully request the following records:

The log entries for CBSA's computerized field office support system/information system, which contain the record of searches/queries which have been executed within the system. I am only interested/requesting the log entries which match the following criteria:

  • They relate to searches or queries for my name, as either PATRICK FOX or PATRICK HENRY FOX;
  • They relate to searches/queries executed on March 15, 2019, between 4:00pm and 6:00pm Pacific Time; and
  • They relate to searches/queries executed from the Douglas border crossing in Surrey, BC.

Your IT people responsible for maintaining and supporting the FOSS should be able to locate the requesting log entries extremely easily.

I am only interested in requesting the log entries which match the following creteria: they relate to searches on queries for my name as either FOX, Patrick or FOX, Patrick Henry (aka RIESS, Richard) - DOB: November 24, 1973 - Client ID: 6002-8504 they relate to searches/queries executed on March 15, 2019 between 4:00PM and 6:00PM Pacific Time; and they relate to searches/queries executed from the Douglas border crossongs in Surrey, BC.
