If you're not doing anything wrong then you have nothing to hide [Patrick Fox; David Eby; BC Prosecution Service]

Dear Mr. Eby:
There is an old saying which goes: "If you're not doing anything wrong then you have nothing to hide." I'm sure you're familiar with it. It's very popular with law enforcement and "justice system" types (e.g. police, prosecutors).
I agree with that saying. And, over the past five years, I have been completely, 100% open with the police, the prosecutors, the news media, you, and everyone else I have interacted with. I've repeatedly admitted to things which, while not illegal, certainly did not serve my interests and, at times, have created unnecessary challenges for me.
On the other hand, the BCPS has consistently and fervently fought against any efforts on my part to publish any information relating to my cases. In particular, the BCPS (namely Mark Myhre, Bernie Wolfe, Chris Johnson, and David Layton) has actively worked to prevent me from publishing, and even from obtaining or possessing (due to their stated "concern" about me publishing), disclosure material relevant to, and even critical to my defenses.
So my question for you at this time, Mr. Eby, is: Can we (meaning me and the general public) assume from the BCPS's strong opposition to the publication of the disclosure material, transcripts, DARS recordings, et cetera, in my cases that they know they are guilty of doing very bad things in my cases? And, of course, you being the Attorney General, and by now being intimately aware of everything the BCPS has been doing in my cases, and the Attorney General being the authority the BCPS reports to, wouldn't that mean that you too are guilty of participating in those very bad things? is that why you, also, don't want the material from my cases being published?
Mr. Eby, I hereby formally request you direct the BCPS to make all of the records and material related to all of my cases public – after all, if the BCPS isn't doing anything wrong then they have nothing to hide. Right?

Dear Mr. Eby:
Please find, enclosed, a couple of letters I recently sent to "Ad Hoc Crown Counsel" Chris Johnson regarding yet more specific instances of corruption and misconduct in their handling of the prosecutions against me.
And again, I am not bringing this to your attention as a complaint. I am bringing this to your attention, as the Attorney General for BC and as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of BC, so that I can truthfully state, publicly that: "David Eby, the Office of the Attorney General, and the Legislative Assembly of BC knew all about all of the corruption and misconduct that was going on in the BCPS, the Vancouver Courts, et al, and they deliberately did absolutely nothing about it."
Thank you.
Patrick Fox
If you would be so kind, please share this and all of my other correspondence to you with the rest of the BC Legislative Assembly. Thank you.

Disclosure of all material from all prosecutions against me
Dear Sir/Miss:
Thank you for your letter dated 2021-05-26 regarding CLIFF No. 617421.
Unfortunately, your letter was neither signed, nor was the name or any other identifying information of the party who composed, printed, or mailed the letter stated or provided – even though there is a signature block at the end of the letter, which states:
Sincerely,
Headquarters
BC Prosecution Service
Ministry of Attorney General
But no name and no signature.
For that reason, I respectfully and formally request you inform me of the name (or some other identifying token) of the person within the BCPS with whom I should be communicating in this matter. If you will not provide me that information then I request you provide me that person's supervisor's name. Thank you.
Further, in your letter you stated:
Disclosure materials are provided solely for the purpose of defending a prosecution and are expressly precluded from public dissemination.
However, that is a BCPS internal policy and since I am not an employee or agent of the BCPS I am not subject to the BCPS's policies. Moreover, while the BCPS's policies may preclude the public dissemination of disclosure material by the BCPS, I am not aware of any policy, law, or regulation which prohibits the BCPS from providing such material to the accused party upon request (outside the context and scope of Stinchcombe, et al, and the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act).
For the foregoing reasons, I hereby formally request the BCPS provide me a copy of all disclosure material from all of the prosecutions against me. And to be clear, this request is not under Stinchcombe or the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. (the purpose of this request is to allow the BCPS the opportunity to voluntarily and in good faith disclose the proof/evidence of the corruption they have been engaging in in my prosecutions, so they do not further appear to be acting to cover up or control that evidence/proof of corruption.)

Dear Mr. Eby:
Please find, enclosed, a copy of my recent letter to the BCPS responding to their letter dated 2021-05-26 responding to my 2021-04-20 request for you to direct them to make public all the disclosure material related to each of my prosecutions.
Given the BCPS's response, which appears to be an attempt to delay and to frustrate my efforts, I now formally request you direct the BCPS to provide me a copy of all of the records and material related to all of my cases.
This differs from my previous request in that previously I was requesting that the BCPS make the records publicly accessible, however now I am requesting the BCPS make the records accessible to me.
Since I have been very clear that I intend to use the records to expose corruption and misconduct within the BCPS then by refusing to release the records you are declaring your deliberate intention to continue trying to cover up that corruption and misconduct. And by deliberately trying to cover up that corruption and misconduct you are confirming your support of that corruption and misconduct. But don't take my word for it – check with your PR advisors.
Thank you, Mr. Eby.
