David Eisenbarg - Defense Lawyer

David Eisenberg was the court appointed lawyer representing me at the perjury and false claim of US citizenship trial in Arizona in 2009/2010.

Before going into private practice, Eisenberg was a Federal Prosecutor with the US Attorney's Office from 1980 to 2005.

From everything I've seen, other than his handling of my case, Eisenberg was a very kick-ass defense lawyer. He was incredibly good at what he did. And yet, in my case, he:

• refused to present such obvious and critical evidence as my US birth certificate;
• Ricky Riess's fingerprints and mugshot from the Toronto Police, proving I wasn't that person and wasn't the person named on the Canadian passport which was 99% of the proseution's case.

Based on Eisenberg's refusal to present those articles of evidence, I am convinced he was colluding with the prosecution and ICE to ensure I would be convicted of the false claim of citizenship charge. Or maybe I'm just paranoid and delusional, right?
