ATIP Request – Audio-Video monitoring log, Douglas border crossing [Patrick Fox; CBSA ATIP]

Dear Sir/Miss:

I respectfully request, under the Privacy Act, the following records:

All entries in the audio-video monitoring log of the Douglas border crossing in Surrey, BC which relate to video footage of me, PATRICK FOX; DOB: 1973-11-24; at, or near, the Douglas border crossing on 2019-03-15, between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. I am interested in all such log entries between the dates of 2019-03-15 and the present.

Additional parties whom I expect may be named or referenced within the requested records include ALEXANDER LO; CHAD BROWN; TYLER HAWKINS; KIRSTY BROWN. I ask that those names, and any other employees of CBSA or the RCMP, not be redacted.

If it is unclear what I mean by the "audio-video monitoring log", I am referring to that which is described in the CBSA document "Programs Branch – Directives on the Overt Use of Audio-Video Monitoring and Recording Technology", paragraphs 28-50 (pages 6-8).
