Desiree Capuano website (desireecapuano.com)
Dear Mr. Schwartz:
In February 2016 you ran a segment/story on me, my ex-wife Desiree Capuano, and the website I created to expose all the deplorable things she has done and continues to do. The segment/story was a collaboration between yourself/NBC and Natalie Clancy/CBC. Both you and CBC reported the story completely in favor of Capuano, refusing or failing to mention any of the facts or evidence which were in my favor or which proved Capuano was lying.
Well, it has now been over five years and the website is still online and it contains voluminous evidence of just how much of a horrible, despicable monster Desiree Capuano is and has been all her life. The Canadian authorities have kept me in jail, essentially, the past five years trying to force me to take down the website (even though they acknowledge there is nothing illegal about it) and I steadfastly refuse – I have consistently and publicly asserted that they can lock me up for the rest of my life but I will never take down the website.
If you have a moment, I highly recommend you have a look at the current version of the website – in particular the “R. v. Fox” section if the website (www.desicapuano.com/legal/canada-vs-patrick-fox/).
And one last point: you will notice, on the website, documentation from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) (the equivalent of CBP and ICE), and DHS clearly and unequivocally stating I was born in the US – NOT Canada – and therefore, am a US citizen, NOT a Canadian citizen, and therefore, I did NOT commit perjury when I stated in the US Immigration Court that I am a US citizen and I should never have been deported from the US to Canada – particularly since both countries knew prior to my deportation that I was born in the US, not Canada. But that's a whole other story.
Thank you for your time.
