Instructions regarding laptop [Patrick Fox; David Layton (BCPS)]

Files to be printed are in D:\to_print\. There is a separate subdirectory for each appeal.

The files are saved in OpenOffice format. If you use MS Word it should have no difficulty opening and rendering them.

For each of the files, page numbering will need to be added. The Windows WordPad program I use to type them doesn't support page numbering.

The "factum" files contain a line that says "Page Break" at the bottom of the first page. That line has to be replaced with an actual page break. WordPad doesn't support manual page breaks.

Only the CA46979 snf CA 47391 directories contain files to print. There is nothing in CA48145 yet.

There are 5 files who's names start with "notes_". Those contain my notes while reading the Crown's factumes, et cetera, and preparing my replies. Obviously, those aren't to be files with the court but if you could print a copy for my records I'd appreciate it.

Please don't delete these files from the laptop yet. I will hope to use them as the basis for CA48145, and the appeal that will come from my current case.
