Brandon Cowan was my probation officer for the first couple of months I was on probation in 2019. I was required to report to Cowan twice a week.

Like all probation officers, he is a lying, sleaze bag who talks nice to your face, about wanting to help you and work with you, but then puts all kinds of negative comments about you in his official notes.
