Catherine Meiklejohn is a civilian "Crime Data Analyst" for the Vancouver Police Department (VPD). She was tasked with verifying the Desiree Capuano website was publicly accessible on the internet at given times, by trying to access it using forensic software called Hunchly (www.hunch.ly). Meiklejohn testified at two of my trials (244069-8-B, 244069-10-BC).
