Clinton Bauman is a defense lawyer. Bauman represented me at the preliminary inquiry in the criminal harassment case (244069-2-KC.

Prior to the preliminary inquiry, Bauman had received a copy of all of the disclosure, including in particular, the recording of the RCMP interview of Capuano, where she's laughing and joking with the RCMP, about the website and about my efforts against her. Yet Bauman refused to present that at the prelim. In fact, he chose to not present any evidence at that prelim. Needless to say, I fired him shortly thereafter.
