Elliot Poll was the lead prosecutor on 244069-10-BC for five or six months, until he was replaced at the last minute by Tara Laker.

While I was detained at North Fraser Pretrial Centre (NFPC), I spoke with some other inmates who had been prosecuted by Poll, and the consensus seems to be he's a bumbling fool. Based on my dealings with him for those few months, I would concur. Half the time he didn't seem to know what he was talking about.
