Julia Seath was a probation officer I reported to on 2022-04-19, following my release from custody. Seath testified at the trial in 244069-10-BC.

As required by my probation condition, I informed her of the exact steps I had taken to ensure the Desiree Capuano website was no longer available. Even though I had fullly complied with the probation condition, which only required me to report that one time, Seath insisted I must come back and report a second time, two days later. I refused.
