Susanne Elliott was one of the prosecutors on the appeal of my conviction in 244069-2-KC, along with David Layton.

There is nothing critical, sarcastic, or witty I can say about Elliott. She conducted herself professionally and, as far as I could see, she didn't do anything inappropriate. She was, perhaps very misguided and grossly misinformed about the facts, but that's not her fault - let's blame that on Patti Tomasson and Heather Holmes.
