Dear Patrick Fox:

Your letters of May 23, 26 and June 2 and 3, 2021, addressed to the Attorney General and ad hoc counsel Chris Johnson, have been forwarded to the Headquarters of the BC Prosecution Service (BCPS) for a response.

In your correspondence of June 2 and 3, you request a copy of disclosure materials from your prosecutions. The Attorney General does not generally get involved in individual cases, nor does he oversee or direct the management of case-related records. As stated in our previous correspondence to you, disclosure materials are provided solely for the purpose of defending a prosecution and are not for public dissemination. If you have further questions about your disclosure materials, you may wish to speak to an independent counsel.

There is no further information that we can provide regarding your concerns that has not already been addressed. The Ministry of Attorney General will not be responding further regarding the matter.

Sincerely,

Headquarters
BC Prosecution Service
Ministry of Attorney General

Re:

Disclosure of all material from all prosecutions against me

Dear Unidentified Bureaucrat:

Thank you for your letter dated 2021-06-15 (received by me on 2021-06-28) regarding the above referenced matters.

You have, again, failed or refused to identify yourself or any responsible party within the BCPS whom I may hold accountable for the decisions and statements articulated in your letter. It seems you are not aware of how unprofessional and petty such tactics are. But then, you ARE the BC Prosecution Service so I guess it would be unrealistic to expect something better from you.

Since your letters are unsigned and do not name any responsible party there is no way for I, the court, the news media, or anyone else to authenticate them. Therefore, I have no reasonable choice but to treat them as anonymous, probable counterfeits, and I shall proceed as though no real response has been received from the BCPS in these matters.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Patrick Fox

P.S.
When someone is being honest and forthright, and they believe they are acting appropriately they don't employ the sketchy, underhanded tactics the BCPS has been utilizing in their dealings with me. All you're accomplishing is convincing more of the general public that my claims about the BCPS are true.

Dear Mr. Eby:

Please see, attached, my recent letter to the BCPS respon20210630-000000-ding to their letter to me dated 2021-06-15, regarding the above referenced matters.

I believe the attached letter sufficiently articulates my opinion of the BCPS's response and opinion in the matter.

Re:
Continued efforts by BCPS and David Eby to suppress evidence of justice system corruption

Dear Mr. Rankin:

I am forwarding you a copy of some recent communication with the BCPS and David Eby regarding the disclosure material from the various prosecutions against me.

Since I am unable to obtain photocopies at FRCC I have transcribed the BCPS's letter by hand for you.

Sincerely,

Patrick Fox
